Director of Marketing

Our mobile delivery platform helps groups, organizations, and institutions increase member engagement by providing them with mobile solutions that deliver personalized experiences anytime, anywhere. As the Director of Marketing, you'll work closely with our internal teams to define and execute MobileUp's customer engagement strategies to help drive continued growth. You'll be responsible for overseeing the MobileUp brand, messaging, lead generation, and promotional activities.

What You'll Do
  • Work with the sales, customer success, product, and engineering teams to develop overall marketing and GTM strategies
  • Maintain, update, and create our digital footprint through content marketing activities (website, blogs, search engine optimization, press releases, etc.) and social media
  • Create and maintain key marketing materials such as case studies, videos, data sheets, presentations, white papers, etc.
  • Develop, execute, and measure traditional and electronic marketing campaigns
  • Ensure the sales team has the resources and materials it needs to continuously drive growth
  • Support the sales team at events and trade shows with appropriate sales collateral and booths or displays
  • Assist the client services team with retention efforts and new product introductions as needed
  • Work with the product and engineering teams to bring new features and functionality to market
  • Monitor and set KPIs measuring success of ongoing campaigns and other marketing activities
  • Assist with the creation of the marketing budget and track expenditures
  • Stay on top of trends in the mobile app market and advise internal teams as appropriate
Required Skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate technology features into business benefits for different audiences
  • A knack for wordsmithing and experience copywriting for different mediums and purposes
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud – primarily InDesign and Photoshop
  • Proficiency with Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads
  • Design digital and printed communication pieces ranging from product information sheets to LinkedIn ads
  • Experience using an automated sales/marketing platform such as Salesforce, Pardot, or Outreach
  • A self-starter and team player with an ability to work with minimum supervision
  • An ability to multi-task and prioritize projects based on current business needs
Nice to Have Skills
  • Ability to create or edit web pages through HTML and CSS
  • Experience with WordPress-based websites
  • Video creation
  • Webinar promotion and hosting experience
  • A history of technology-related copywriting
