The customer support specialist works with client services to ensure our customers and partners are set-up for success. You’ll be responsible for understanding our customer and partner needs, communicating solutions, and solving problems.

The account manager is responsible for all aspects of customer support, including technical support, software training and managing ongoing relationships. You’ll need to know our customers businesses and help them achieve their goals by using our mobile app.
